Pastor Martin Crain has been presented to us as an interim candidate by Interim Pastor Ministries (IPM). Pastor Marty has served as an interim pastor in a variety of churches while also spending several years in academic settings, including many years at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. This Q&A was recorded during our First Hour with Pastor Crain so we could get to know him as well as hear more of his perspective on the value and process of an interim pastor.
